- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel, then season them with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place the wings on the wire rack in a single layer and bake for 35-40 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and olive oil.
- Heat the sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Once the wings are done, toss them in the honey garlic sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
