My love for creating healthy recipes began in our family kitchen, where I spent hours watching my mom and sisters put together simple, nourishing meals. As the youngest, I was always drawn to the little “kitchen rituals” — mixing, blending, and turning everyday ingredients into something special.

Even though I studied graphic design instead of nutrition or culinary arts, my passion for wellness and food never faded. Over time, I became the go-to “drink maker” among friends, crafting detox blends, metabolism-boosting teas, and natural appetite suppressants that we could all enjoy. That’s when I realized: healthy living doesn’t have to be boring—or complicated.
